Privacy and data handling
What this website collects, what it does not, and how your information is treated during an engagement. Written to be read, not to be survived.
What this website collects
Last reviewed: August 2026
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, an optional business name, which path you selected, and your message. It is emailed to a monitored inbox so that someone can reply to you.
There is no database behind this site. Inquiries live in an email inbox and nowhere else. They are not added to a marketing list, not sold, and not shared with anyone outside this practice.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising trackers, no cross-site pixels and no session recording.
No analytics are currently running on this site at all.
Like any website, pages are served by a hosting provider that handles standard technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver the page and to protect against abuse. That is a function of being online; it is not connected to anything above.
Please do not send confidential information
Email and web forms are not secure channels. Do not send customer records, employee information, medical or financial details, passwords or account access through this site. Nothing of that kind is needed to answer an inquiry or to decide whether an engagement is a fit.
How your data is handled during an engagement
Workflows are built inside AI accounts and tools that you own and control. You are not asked to hand over credentials, and nothing you rely on afterward sits behind a login belonging to us.
You are never asked to paste employer, customer, medical or financial information into a tool that has not been approved for it. Where work belongs to an employer, it belongs in an environment that employer has approved.
Nothing about an engagement — your name, your business, what we worked on, or anything you said — is published as a story, quote or case study without your written permission first.
Limits of this service
Work That Repeats provides AI workflow setup and training. It is not legal, financial, medical, tax or cybersecurity advice, and it should not be relied on as any of those.
AI tools produce confident text that is sometimes wrong. Every workflow is designed with a human review point, and you remain responsible for checking output before acting on it or sending it to a customer.
No safety-critical home control is offered — no locks, alarms, garage doors, security systems or life-safety devices — and no claim is made that any workflow is compliant with a particular regulation.
Asking for your information to be deleted
Email willkimball99@gmail.com and ask. Your inquiry will be deleted from the inbox and you will get confirmation that it is done.
How engagements are run
- You own the accounts
- Workflows are built inside AI accounts and tools that belong to you. When the engagement ends, nothing you depend on is locked behind our login.
- A person reviews the output
- Every workflow is designed with a human review point. You remain responsible for checking what these tools produce before it reaches a customer.
- Confidential information stays out
- You will never be asked to paste employer, customer, medical or financial information into an unapproved tool. Workplace-specific work belongs in an employer-approved environment.
- Nothing runs unattended
- We do not sell autonomous content, sales or customer service. These are assisted systems with a person in the loop.
- Some work is out of scope on purpose
- This is not legal, financial, medical or cybersecurity advice, and we do not take on locks, alarms, garage doors or any other safety-critical home control.
